Job Purpose or Objective(s): Monitor provider homes and centers to verify compliance with licensing or program requirements. You will report to the Senior Manager of Childcare.
Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM
Primary Tasks:
Visit day care homes and centers to assess compliance with OKDHS licensing /program requirements and make follow-up visits as needed.
Complete written report for each site visit, file copy with provider and OKDHS.
Notify OKDHS regarding complaints received from parents and/or agency and maintain files of logged complaints.
Ensure all requirements for non-licensed providers are followed.
Make referrals to facilities and programs within and outside the agency for support and services.
Complete monthly newsletter, including program information, important dates, and updates.
Complete the resource and referral deliveries to provider homes and centers.
Perform all other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Ability to work independently with minimum direction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exhibit skills to work with software and hardware within agency
Two (2) years of childcare experience
