Job Purpose or Objective(s): As the Lead Butler, you will ensure successful implementation of all operational projects maintaining integrity of relationships to ensure outstanding guest experiences and maximizing revenue internally and through commissionable channels. You will report to the Player Development Director.

Full Time | Exempt | Must have open availability including being called in as needed.

Primary Tasks:

  • You will arrange for personal services including dining reservations, spa reservations, laundry services, packing/unpacking luggage, food/meal preparation, food and beverage service, communicate with Executive Host/Casino Manager on Duty that guest gaming preferences have been arranged and secured, draw and assist guest with bath, dressing and other personal needs as requested with the intention to offer the best level of services. Remain immediately available during assigned shift to respond to guest's needs.

  • Maintain a well-developed guest preference database (likes, dislikes, requests) and ensure all guest information is kept current and confidential.

  • Maintain inventory of all operating supplies. Ensure regular review of inventories, par levels, storage room organization, and make recommendations to add or remove supplies when needed.

  • Provide leadership, coaching and performance related expectations to all Butlers. Establish and communicate performance related expectations and hold associates accountable.

  • Develop excellent working relationships with partners in Casino Operations, Food and Beverage, Front Office, Banquets and ensure Butler Operations works with all other areas.

  • Facilitate execution of all training projects and monitor outcomes. Ensure all training materials and Standard Operating Procedures are kept current and made available to employees. Maintain well-developed and comprehensive training program.

  • Drive company vehicles to assist with guest request.

  • Perform other task as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21

  • Must be tolerant to varying conditions, prolonged sitting/standing and mobility throughout the entire property.

  • Provide current Oklahoma Motor Vehicle report; Maintain a clean DMV record.

  • Food and beverage credentials must be current.

  • Two (2) years' experience in a luxury hotel, casino, fine dining restaurant or related hospitality area.

  • One (1) year of supervisory experience
